Dont get me wrong you arent missing out on much in regards settling - its only just settling on grass here, doubt we will get 100% cover before it dies out or turns to rain. Had some nice monster flakes at times though.

OT i stayed over in Shrewsbury on the weekend & was surprised to have enough snow on Sunday to make a snowman that still lives!! Was it very local? Back OT-moderate snow here now.

Yes pretty local I think, must have caught a decent shower over night (well apparently it fell 6-8am)

Metled off by lunch time though

still light snow (just) here still, getting wetter now unfortunatly.

very heavy snow here, just started to stick :)

Yes, it's quite heavy. Although I doubt (for a little while at least) that it'll settle on anything apart from grass and cars yet, though.

Just about a "semi-dusting" here. Snowing light-moderately, and temperature down at 1.4°C, but it's too wet to do any better. Still nice to watch.

Starting snowing lightly at about 3pm here, still doing so - won't mount to anything as the radar images look pretty pathetic.

Hmm. The roofs and road here are probably too modern to give up their game over here.:)

Just been playing Tennis on Victoria Park here in Lovely old Leicester from 11 till 3 lol. Just as we finished it started to snow. It is snowing moderatly now but not sticking :) I'm not too bothered anyway because even if it did stick it will be washed away overnight so it was always going to be a quick event.

I still cant believe I live in some type of micro-universe here in Nottingham where is rains all the time.. saying that the rain now has a misty-snain type effect to it... oh...wait.. no- turned back to solid rain.

Ya gotta love the tropics... dry.gif

Lookin forward to summer now I. WANT. STORMS!

To be honest I don't want it to settle, as it will just be washed away into horrible sludge overnight - which nobody likes.

Still, it's nice to look at when it's falling.

Been snowing heavily here for more than half an hour now but as with Andy down the road in Leicester it is not sticking. Seems to be getting heavier but looking like a slushy covering at best here.
