More hot sunshine across Spain and Portugal today. Staying sunny across most of the Mediterranean with plenty of sunshine to come across central parts of Italy. It should be remaining dry, sunny and hot in Turkey as well as Bulgaria and Romania. Heavy showers across northern and western France, these being thundery at times. More heavy showers over the Low Countries with further heavy and thundery showers in Germany. Fair through Poland, although cloudier in the west later. Switzerland, Hungary and Austria will be drier with sunny spells. High pressure over Finland will be bringing a fine day here with lots of sunshine. It should be staying fine across the Baltic States too. More sunshine in northern Norway, but cloud and rain to the south. Cloud and rain affecting Denmark and southern parts of Norway too.

Saturday

Some heavy showers over eastern and northern parts of Spain through Saturday. More southern and western areas should be drier with sunny spells. Fine through Italy with lots of sunshine and it should be staying warm and sunny across Greece and Turkey too. Remaining sunny for Bulgaria and Romania. Fine through Italy with lots of sunshine and it should be staying warm and sunny across Greece and Turkey too. Remaining sunny for Bulgaria and Romania. Plenty of cloud and rain through central parts of Europe. France has showers to the north and west. Some showers reaching the Low Countries, but for Germany it should be drier with sunny spells. Fine with sunny spells across Portugal and Spain on Sunday. There will be some cloud over northeast Scotland and this will be affecting southern France too, some of it heavy at times. Across the rest of France the day will be dry with plenty of sunshine. More sunshine and dry weather to come through the Low Countries and Germany, but some thundery rain in Poland. Thundery rain through Hungary and Austria and well as Switzerland. Italy will have a sunny day with lots of sunshine. It will be dry too across Greece and Turkey with more sunshine to come here. Very hot and sunny across Spain and Portugal today. This fine, summery weather will extend east across the Balearics, Corsica, most of France into Italy, Greece and Turkey. Expect rain across England with showers in the far north of France into Belgium. Fair and dry across Holland and Denmark. Most of Germany should be dry. An area of heavy showers will affect Poland, Austria, The Czech Republic and The Alps. Hot and sunny across The Ukraine, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria into the former Yugoslavia. Rain spreads into Norway with a few showers for Sweden. Sunny and dry across Finland with a hot, dry day for most of Russia. Those brisk easterly west winds will persist through the Straits of Gibraltar with strong winds through the Aegean Sea.

Southern parts of France will be dry, sunny and very warm as does eastern parts of Germany. Expect sunny, and very warm day across Spain and Portugal. This fine weather extends across through the Balearics, Corsica, Sardinia and into Italy, Greece and Turkey. Heavy showers and thunderstorms are also forecast for Norway, Sweden and western parts of Poland, while eastern parts of Poland, Belarus and most of the rain and Russia will be dry, sunny spells. Most of Finland will also have a dry day with sunny spells, while scattered, heavy showers will develop across the Baltic States. Mainly fair in the Low Countries, although rather showery over the northern half of Germany, whilst the south is dry. Heavy showers too in Poland.
