Apart from the early morning rain diddly squat here today. Quite disappointing but most other areas got something but today the Storm shield lay over us. Looks like tomorrow mornings rain will dive just South of here too.

Here in LB bit disappointed with the beds/bucks storm - bit of thunder and moderate rain but the cloud was an 'end of the world' job!!

Just been out on the bike photographing some huge cbs over the Mendips. As usual nothing here but another boom of thunder in the far distance to the southeast. Present day weather patterns suck!

Hi all, had a wee bit of a chase around MK area earlier, not a lot of structure and didn't nail any cg's either. Lots of thunder tho and managed to bag a rainbow shot, had my wide-angle lens with me to try and get the whole thing in view but could not find a clear shot in the Bedfordshire country-side, reminded me of Arkansas

A superb sky watching, clean convective, day .

Many many CBs, anvils, heavy downpours and several beautiful rainbows along with plenty of warm sunshine in between!

. Judging by how loud it was and the pinkish colour I think the plane triggered a positive CG strike.

Is that actually possible?
