With you mate its been a bitterly disappointing event for all of us some more than others i can see raintoday has the snow getting heavier 6 miles to my north thats happened so many times in the past its amusing really.

really feel for you must be so disappointing that mate. gonna take our ten month old baby out for a lil play in it.

It's a certainty. The two fronts are merging over our heads, there's a lot of energy being transferred into the system, it will pep up substantially.

Yeah ewe have done better then backtrack lol

I say that quietly as its likely to tip him over the edge lol! Can't see how it's meant to be heavy between 6-9pm! Anyone shed any light on this?

I think once the fronts join the triple point may drag rain/snow down from the north meaning whats to our west will stall which is where the snow/rain comes from for the evening and night

Sleet has now turned in the last few minutes to Moderate- Heavy grainy snow with Blizzard condtions reported at the Stoke vs West brom game. :drinks:

same setup next week, i think its time we stopped hope casting and hope for spring and summer to be done so we can forget this disaster of a winter

yay we are now above freezing, and yay for more rain...and yay for spring in a few weeks
