Its going to run out of steam along the A127 just before Leigh on Sea

Just as Thierry Henry is a legend for Arsenal, Mr. Murr you are of legendary status in here mate! If that verifies, then I would think 15-20cm wouldn't be far off the end result.

The central spine of London saw a real downpour on the radar at 630pm, which has now fizzled out into much lighter snow, which is all i've had so far in NE London.

The 24hr FAX is excellent by the way.

Whereabouts in Brighton are you .. we still have none near Ditchling Road :sorry:

nothing here yet either - East Brighton, sea front just west of the Marina

Edit: with perfect timing it just started after posting the above! Blowing in hard from the direction of the sea - makes me nervous (the direction that is, not the sea)

lol fair enough. I know it's just a minority, but some of the comments from some of the non-SE members was getting a bit silly at times. Some of them were literally hoping the SE saw nothing.

Yeh I agree with you. But who cares its snowing here. There just jelous. it's getting heavy here now. :)

Snow seems to be getting pushed back (I'd assume by the cold air) which may not be a bad thing as cold may take control even on coasts slightly with an Atlantic mix if you know what I mean, the next couple of hours should be interesting! still on a knife-edge.

As Shrimper Said

Incredible Temperatures with a Southerly wind and an advancing Atlantic Front

Temp = -1c

Dewp = -5.7c

Never seen anything like it, nothing marginal on this part of the Coast.................If it ever arrives Lol

The great thing about that fax is the change in direction of the occlusion. It couldn't be better positioned for the SE

Pivoting NE to SW before slowly moving through?
