Its going to miss me sorry.gif

No I don't think it will miss you, just to reiterate from earlier it's building on it's eastern flank and heading straight for you...PPN is fanning out ahead of the storm and even though we've lots of thunder here currently, the main action is still a good 20 miles or so to the SW near Bridgnorth heading NNE towards Cosdall

Just looked at the radar and wish I hadn't. Unbelievable how much that thing veered east. A bust for here now today IMO and I'm off back to sleep. Good luck to the rest of you lot!.

I can see how we missed out, but for it to turn so much and miss Telford was a bit harsh, had a real right turn in terms of the strike locations. South Shropshire had all the fun today!

Bridgnorth got it...still have it! I can finally leave the NSC and join the No Kitchen Club :o

on the last radar, a intense cell has just shown up north east of Whitchurch heading for Crewe. No lightening yet, but one to keep an eye on. Conditions much be ripe as it went from nothing to a big signature on the radar in 10 minutes.

Last 5 minute radar pass shows a very small shower popped up north of

The main storms. That could be NW, Cheshire's storm forming?!

More strikes detected off the coast of Wales and over the Irish Sea following on behind the area of PPN to the north, hopefully things will start kicking off :)

Looks like an MCS In the Making right there, should be a close call for Western parts of Birmingham, Yorkshire looks set for some fun and games, enjoy! Huge raindrops here from developing showers these will all be heading into East Anglia soon, expect the next radar scan to explode cells into life across lots of England.

Now looking at the western edge of the Anvil through a gap in the Ac Cas, looking quite nice although no discernable features other than the anvil-head itself.

Blimey you have a short patience threshold, it's only 9.30 with the hottest and best part of the day to come yet!!!! rofl.gif

I'm glad I don't go to competitive sports matches with you, we'd be going home before the players were out of the changing rooms!!!!!

This thing seriously needs to take a left turn! Do storms have SatNav? Tell it to plug in Crewe (for my storm starved Cheshire East friend there) and then Warrington good.gif .

Very sunny here right now.

At first I was looking to be too far east, now it seems I'll be too far west. At this rate it'll be tracking over Burton and Nottingham.

To me in the last 15 minutes the strikes have "stalled" a bit over Bridgnorth. Not so much eastern movements and struggling to get north of the M54
