Not sure what to make of the weather warning issued by the met.

Issued at: 1218 on Sun 20 Jan 2013

Valid from: 1200 on Sun 20 Jan 2013

Valid to: 2359 on Sun 20 Jan 2013

A band of snow is spreading northwards across parts of southeastern and eastern England, as well as the Midlands and will reach parts of north Wales and northeast England during Sunday afternoon and evening. This will bring accumulations of 2-5 cm snow to some areas, and perhaps in excess of 8 cm towards coastal counties of southeast and eastern England. The public should be aware of the risk of disruption to travel.

Doesn't suggest sleet or rain for coastal counties does it, or an I reading too much into this?

So much for Thomas predicting the Pennines to get 20cm of snow. Just like I said we miss out again!! Just can't believe what I'm seeing.

You really are the most annoying person i have ever met in a forum, will you please just get a GRIP, hold onto it and keep holding onto it!! And then turn your PC off, jump in the snow and stay there!

Don't bait the troll, ignore it.

Intensification on the leading edge creeping north. Very nice.

Im probably the calmest person you will ever meet, but my god, he annoys me! Not one constructive post in his whole existence on here, and APPARENTLY he knows stuff about the weather, like, it wont snow and, its raining!

I made good use of my ignore button a while ago with this one good.gif
