My snow is still of the grain variety! IF.. what's going on man? aggressive.gif

Band still to arrive, still the remnants of convection going on.

Damn, it's really pepping up and pivoting around NE Yorkshire, this is going to be strong!!

radar back on now, just had a decent hail shower 10 mins ago, still no sign of any melting here

reports of rain turning to snow, thats it, decided staying up to watch, I would just be lying in bed thinking is it isn,t it for the next 2 hours probably getting up and looking thro the curtains. going to crack a bottle of beer open and watch, will ring a days holiday in tomorrow citing the severe weather warnings the night before the reason hmmmm

Good luck with the band when it does get to you, looks like it could be quite something if it hits as snowgood.gif

If it looks like going that way, just crack open a few more and put a DVD on. :)

Ignore the break in the North Sea- that's just poor radar coverage... Germany to Yorkshire- this band will pivot, tilt and flow straight into us- a hell of a system.. note the heavier precip appearing to the NE of East Anglia- that's coming for us ! Will it be rain or snow ? Better take care anyhow because it's heavy and persistent!

this is high stakes at the moment we could get many inches or simply a lot more rain

Why does anyone away from the coast think we'll get rain? It's snow and it's a case of how much we'll get.
