John, great to see you back on here, keep your chin up mate!

Brilliant runs tonight, I hope you'll find time for one of your famous 'ramp' charts; I think it's safe to say you'll be spoilt for choice! Here's mine for 384 hours. Look at the uppers incoming!

Most important stuff first. JP, from a selfish point of view, I hope you keep posting as, for a novice like me, your posts, along with Steve Murr's, achieve that ideal combination of technical analysis and a human element which means I seek out yours before anyone elses. Thoughts with you at the moment. Also very best wishes to Mr and Mrs LeeMondo and look forward to hearing some happy news in the days to come.

Finally, the GFS18! Too much red wine and whiskey for me tonight but been drunk under the table by the Pub Run. Bank Please.

Hi John, nice to see you posting again, its a grain of normality in a very emotional time, something like the posts you do probably come easily to you as they are a part of your normal life and this forum will help you in a distracting sort of way get over your loss.Knowing what a shock loss feels like I hope the next few days are not too bad for you,

All the best wishes

Chris

yes -16 850hpa,are modeled as evolve, getting that to fruition even latter frame output would be something...let alone on board, more so in the reliable?.-8-12 850hpa,(uppers) are more than safe given current/evolving,synoptics..with rich chance of many way snowfall....

Hi John. Thanks for posting the charts my evening would not be complete without your input. Thinking of you mate, even though I have never met you, you seem like a good friend. All the best and take care.

hi chris

thanks

its true its better to keep busy at present

and the support on here at present has brought a few tears to my eyes

in a nice way as it shows there is still a decent amount of people around still

next few days will be very tough but i know it will get easier

just so you know my father passed away with a big heart attack and i was

with him at the time

i tried cpr and the paramedics did as well

when he got to hospital in resasitation they could only get a weak

heart beat so me and my other half sat there with him while he died

my father was my dad and my best friend and i will miss him so much

sorry for cluttering the thread but thought it would be nice for everyone to know

the funeral will be sometime next week and hopefully things will get easier with time

john x

Best wishes to you Johnsmile.png It is little consolation so soon afterwards, but time does (eventually)make a difference when you lose someone close - whether that be family or other loved onesmile.png

John,

I think I speak for us all in the thread when I say we send our love and wishes to you and your family. Stay strong buddy and we are all here for you. I know we can be a pain in the ass sometimes and when things don't go quite the way we want we throw our toys out the pram. But your input into this thread is what makes it happen along with a few others. (Steve ETC you know who you are) Loosing such a figure in your life is heart breaking and I hope we don't loose your input on the thread but we can all understand the time away while everything is sorted.

My very best wishes to you,

Stay strong fella,

Luke

Hi John

I have experienced some emotions on this forum but none like I am feeling right now, my heart goes out to you. I lost my father 12 years ago and also went through the trauma of watching him pass away, all I can say is that it gets easier with time, the bad memories fade and the good memories become the ones you vividly remember and cherish.

Stay strong.

Ian.

It takes courage to put that into writing John. It won't feel it, but life will get easier day by day.

OK, let's get onto the weather. Looking extremely interesting for next week. On a knife edge, one way is cold and mostly dry, but if things evolve in our favour, 120 - 190hrs could be very memorable!

I'm so sorry to hear your news John, nothing can prepare you for that, I hope you can find some comfort in the fact you were with him. We can all share the good times and the bad on here.

Hay John you are not cluttering the thread at all. What you have been through must be awful, I remember when my grandad died in similar circumstances seeing the way my dad was. It was terrible and i was only 6 at the time, but can remember like it was yesterday. Time is the best healer, and once you have had the funeral, you can start the grieving process and one day look back at the silly things your dad used to do a laugh about it. :-)
