Look at that heavy stuff pushing against the Peak District upslope. Still wary that this bit will pivot north of Leeds but it's looking good.

Well the heavier precip is fizzling out literally a mile south of my location, still light snow here and probably 3cm settled, a long way to go yet so fingers crossed

Just been checking out the road cams on the BBC Travel site and on the M1 around Nottingham its snowing like chuff...even the motorway is covered in places...lucky so and so's...not seen snow like that here in years...
