You say that about every storm

What makes you think it's a supercell?

Follow its path, will it travel NNE or swing more to the right?

I think it'll follow it's current N/NNE track right out to sea like the earlier storm today.

Just popped on to remark at the awesomeness of that cell north of Ripon. A perfectly formed beast on radar which, if any storm today vaguely resembled a severe, supercellular thunderstorm, that is it. Kicking out impressive lightning and has a huge core.

Pics and vids please :D

Torro have said the storm is likely a supercell, with a possible tornado.

If torro had their way, every  shower would have a tornado.

But yeah, Its certainly looking like one. Now time tokeep an eye out for a nice hook echo.

I've got some congestus clouds to my south. Sky has changed completely here in the last 10 mins or so.

Yes one (or two) to watch now, and any others that kick off around that area.

Wow, that storm near Darlington looks very severe. Wouldn't be surprised if a tornado forms - looking out carefully for any signs of a hook.
