Storm has started to head north. Still raining heavily. There are some towers to the East also. What a little ripper.

Starting to brighten up from the south now but not a bad little effort. Can still hear it rumbling away. In fact, it's always louder when it moves away where I live because of the hill I live on.

Just too far west so far. All the action east of Leeds. Had a shower, now sunny and hot again but more of a breeze.

I doubt we'll get anything over in Lancs today :( Feels too cold. Unless someone can comfort me? I've been craving storms since the madness at the beginning of June! The cell north of Leeds looks incredible on radar! 96+ strikes per min

Certainly did. Me and my wife had to open the door to get a sniff...love that smell!

Still quite loud thunder to my east! Always surprises me how much louder thunder is to my east than to my west. Simply because I'm on that side of the hill.

A short thunderstorm here between 1540 and 1600 g.m.t with a brief spell of torrential rain.

This was followed by sunny intervals and then, in the last 10 minutes, a  second heavy shower also with a few rumbles of thunder.
