Lol I'm east Manchester @ 150 m, and it's practically been snizzle since 4pm.

not even 1cm on the ground. 

But still better than rain.

Been pretty steady so far and about 2cm on the road. The wind is blowing from the east or south east so the cold air is certainly undercutting this.

Had a brief burst of snow in a heavier pocket of precipitation. I have a feeling had we had the intensity I wouldn't be sat here looking at sopping wetness right now.

This is now more snow than Boxing Day 2014, and probably the most since 2013. Though I've only lived here since early 2014!

Just a little south and west of Wigan, less snow but still coming down well enough. Will probably have as much as these pictures in 30 mins.
