 Minimum of -1.5°C overnight. Official station on the beach Fel to -3.7°C. Apparently it's still 0.6°C but that seems a bit low, but mind you, frost still remains in the shade and in quite a few other places.

Temperature still zub zero -0.8c very impressive even if I don't record an ice day it

Will be very close and easily the coldest day of 2016

Only 3C here!! :cold:  Sunshine too!!

The beeb put me down cloudy weather by this afternoon but they are wrong!!!  :shok:   There is not a cloud in the sky here.

Looks like that is the max now at 1.0°C. Can that be right? If so then this is the coldest day since March 2013. All this talk of looking for freezing temperatures in FI and  we have them right now.

Fog still rolling in and reducing visibility as it does so,have reached the dizzy height

Of -.0.8c here today in fact just dropped back to -1c another two hours to go before

I can say officially I have had an ice day but it getting closer

Completely different here.

sunny all day and temperatures responded but frost lasted all day in the shade.

it certainly felt cold sat in the shade at the football

Max -1c frost and ice all day and frost reformed on roof and cars that had been in sunshine earlier.... tricky driving early this morning on roads where run off from fields last night froze over overnight....  min -4c last night... been clear blue sky all day brrrr.... after thurdays thanksgiving celebrations and yesterdays manchester xmas markets its turkey leftover currytime.....

Currently 3.7°C.

Should get an air frost tonight, however from tomorrow night we start to get more cloud and a Westerly flow for a time so temps will stay just below double figures around here  until the weekend.

Yeah I expect so. Temp needs to get a move on now though, still 3.1°C.

not really demonstrating the rapid falls expected, although it does tend to by near morning it falls faster.

It's currently 2.5C and going nowhere fast thanks to an incessant breeze.

 Temp falling like a stone now, currently 0.5°C, should have an air frost within the hour.
