What happened to the minus 8-10 uppers we saw last few days ago??

The uppers look more -6 to -8 now. I still think 5 miles inland will see settling snow, coastal areas falling snow at some point but not much settling.

That chart derseves to be fed by a dog!!

No organised precipitation was being forecast back then, so it would have been -10 uppers with clear skies.

dewpoint above 0C now here too..+1.6C dewpoint and +6.8C air temperature with heavy rain showers at times.

That makes Perfect sense, since apparently the Wirral snowshield was upgraded to a Tropomatic 500 with state of the art dewpoint lifting technology. Runs on climate change 2.1 software.

That's the same version Preston council have .......  although we are due an upgrade when all the fines from the new bus lanes start rolling into the coffers.

Diane kept trying to say heavy drifting snow but it mainly came out as rain.

Dianne Oxberry ramping again (NOT)! "It's only showers, it's the lowest level warning, nothing to worry about. Then just as proper snow showers appear on her chart she turns away an finishes her report! Laughable!
