The MAD thread is a place to be treated with extreme caution. Tend to only read the posts of knowledgeable, prudent, sensible posters as the rest annoy me beyond relief. Reacting to every model run instead of responding and looking for trends (and not anything beyond a three to four days).

Each to their own, as is always the case with interpreting data, there more than one way to skin a cat, and models enable people to turn feline..

We are long overdue something like this. I know if it does happen, we will probably say that we never want to see it again but just once.... please can it happen?!

There are mythical stories of roads round here being blocked for weeks.... imagine if it happened in today’s world... we would be screwed ?

Could easily have been 1-1, had that numpty finished properly in the last minute. Admittedly that would have been harsh on TopScum HotTerds, but I’d have laughed... a lot. But fair result in the end, as much as it pains me to say it.

Anyone thinking about saying “it’s only a game”, well that’s like saying “it’s only snow”!

We will still finish above them and there going out to Juventus.

Hmm .... not convinced. We need to hope we win Europa League! We are so far behind Spurs it’s laughable. Yet Wenger still remains. Anyway. Bored of that subject. I’m off to the kitchen!

I know, shall we discuss the weather?

Still raining...yup and still raining, temperature is heading for double figures....it's OK the BBC has it showing we will be at 10C later this afternoon so that's OK....daffys are now bursting. I've spoken to the Azalea today and yet, she seems somewhat reserved in displaying her charms, maybe this week will see here change her mind..

I've checked the outlook according to the BBC, Spring is here, no sign of anything below 7-8C for the next two weeks, SSW you missed us..:unknw:

So this SSW is going to be a record breaker. Could we be on the cusp of something special?

Hmm, normally fi charts like that I'd say not a chance in hell, but with a major ssw in the mix, I reckon our region will get dumped on with bucket loads of snow at some point in the next couple of weeks.
