Think I prefer GFS, UKMO just taking a little longer to clear the low T120, but should be OK:

Let's hope the gfs verifies we want the cold air in by Friday and no delays from now on.

These changes have a massive effect on where the snow falls, Scotland now dryer at this point.

The frontal boundary doesn't look like affecting the south east this time - less risk - but less reward

I think after what the 06z served up I would tend to agree.

South east should do ok with an easterly in any event

Gfs 12z. I’ll take it . We can shout for some open spread top.n bottom ie the med >Iceland.. then we get the beast... everything playing out great right now... easterly inflow @on cards... I’m greedy.. I want the open ended BEAST... on we roll....
