Hmm seems to be lagging behind on the other global models!!!defo move towards ecm and gfs on the ukv!!dunno why the precipitation is so thin on the ukv everytime!!anything on euro4 matt?

If the UKV was right the UK would be in permanent drought. Absolute poverty model when it comes to PPN amounts.

To start with, regarding the pub run ....18z ICON, snowfall in the early hours Saturday straight down the middle of our region

I could be wrong but methinks all will move east by early Saturday morning and most of our region will just see nowt during the day Saturday, just very cold windy dry conditions

The winds are worrying also  parts of north east over 100 mph on the icon. Just 80 mph for the west mids. Yikes

Looks like a proper winter storm!850s of -6 and snow and wind together!!gona feel bitter out there!!spare a thought for the homeless!!
