I can see the new 'insightful' sticker being abused... sarcastically!

What about a laughing face one?

Yay!! New page.

Just for the record, I was using it in a genuine way on here since I noticed it existed 🤣

Evening all, the air was noticeably colder at lunchtime when I nipped across to the shop to pick up my lunch. Edited because I pushed post too early 🤦🏻‍♀️

Looking forward to the colder weather that’s forecast even tho it means I’ll need to use my inhaler more (legacy of that damn virus). My weather station temperature graph looks worse than a Tour de France mountain stage altitude graph today.

I know there’s been regular slow moving convoys heading north from Inverurie each evening Bein notified on Northsound’s travel reports. Not sure if that would be linked or not?

GFS 18Z brings the heavier precip down the western side of the country on Wed night (after its given the North a good dollop) , there's still a warm sector to worry about though.

A good dumping for much of the country Sunday into Monday coming from the east too....

Monday rush hour... (FI warning tho!)

Potential shift to easterly winds as early as Sunday going by the GFS 18z run, might give us better chance of snow piling in.

Temperatures really struggling for us lot up here for very least next 7 days either way, struggling to get above freezing with that.

Pub run.. well lets just say its had a few too many shandies tonight.. its showing snaw for Perth so it must be pi55ed... after the last few weeks of constant rain and dull dank rubbish i will be more than happy to take 4 or 5 days or dry sunny cold weather.. a dusting of snaw should it come will do for me...

Puffy's daughter came to see me and handed in his precious weather station - he had left instructions for her to give us it. She was lovely and gave me a wee card about his life etc that they had used at the funeral. Quite an impressive man, we were lucky to know him Kilties.

How lovely. I’d missed the news too. Very sad, his wit and humour were a cut above.

A health warning: as the Met O forecast today shows it’s not going to be cold enough for snow at low levels throughout. We’ll need reinforcing shots of cold air and our favourite words ‘marginal’ and ‘wet baws’ are likely to crop up frequently in the next week. Just adds to the excitement of course 😀

The overnight runs appear to have mostly killed off the chance of snow on Wednesday night for those further south... winters over! 🤪

I'm not seeing much support for the winds turning easterly on Sun/Mon either now! Looking like blue sky and cold which, apart from the heating bill, I'll take over the damp, grey pish we've endured for days now 😝

Pretty hard frost this morning. Cold, crisp and sunny. Having been waiting an age for some dry weather we’ve currently got a roofer on our frost covered roof! What could possibly go wrong!?

Not expecting snow here in the current set up, but nice to have a bit cold.
