ICON slightly further south than its previous run. Not enough to get much of this region into 'play'

Please be a trend, please!! Happily take another day of snow.

Think that's more or less it for here now. There seems a distinct lack of precipitation heading our way.

Just ride to bloxwich and back

about 3 cm deep there ( slightly higher elevation ) 1-2cm back in pelsall 3cm on bin lids

coming heavier as has been all day , main roads would easily cover now on a heavy burst as slushy pre covering in place .

side roads covered , as others have mentioned the snow is twinkling , prob the -5 windchill ❄️❄️❄️❄️🥶

The met office app has trended south on the maps.

Only a few miles but maybe there is a chance still. Nowcasting time. Best of luck for everyone tomorrow - I'm sure I'll enjoy learning in school missing most of it 😊.

Yeah can confirm that a bit over 3cm here.  Edge of Bloxwich, Leamore side.

Ended up with 3-4cm on the grass. Big contrast with pavement where it's nothing/dusting/patchy 1cms. January had more depth on pavements and roads too, but I'll rank this one better than January thanks to being able to watch snow falling almost all day. The less said about December the better.

Still snowing lightly here in Leicester and looks like there’s a bit more on the way looking at the radar.

Pepping up again to the south west of Birmingham for sure. Then we may see a quiet spell until 3/4am when it starts to pick up again. I think all low lying areas in the midlands will see snow turn to rain about 10am tomorrow until 7/8pm in the evening with potentially some fun and games Friday morning.

Think North Midlands should be good until early afternoon as it stands.

Footprints and car tracks covered in around half an hour here.

Around a cm or 2 topping since the first burst of snowfall.

I’ve got 4 to 5 cm here and it’s still coming down….for March it’s good 👌

But my memories of March 2013 is and will always be the one for me, 22cm over two days….an amazing weekend I’ll never forget 😉
