Well this cold snap actually delivered for some can’t complain at that

Here in Dursley, decent covering, nothing like Stroud though....it does appear on radar though that pivot has started and that PPN may start to swing back around into our path

Well the radar suggested we should have a good covering of snow in Dorset, but its just cold and damp really. Very dissapointing, wish I stayed in bed and had a lie in. Never mind.

Yep, raining steadily here. Pretty grim out.

Slight dusting here of just under 1 cm and looks to have cleared us now.

A very light frost.
Now 1.7c and grey cloud, snow bound hopefully.

The radar is lying. We should have had heavy snow for over an hour now, but it didnt so dont get your hopes up.

Really hope you get some, turned to rain/sleet in Poole but had a few minutes of flakes here, that was beautiful. Crossing my fingers for you

That Blob of yellow on the radar near Stroud has to be one of the most localised snowstorms I've ever seen.......

Would be a forecasting nightmare to get a snow event like that right for an area so specific.

Where abouts in Purbeck do you live? If its like that then tempted to take a drive over from Poole.
