Some areas of the Midlands approaching widely 6-10cm of snow now fingers crossed for later 🙌❄️ Snow getting heavier here.

My wife tells me it's all covered over at home, roads included. Struggling to settle where I am at work a few miles away, despite snowing heavily for the past hour or so.

Amber warning from the Met for North Wales now. Nothing for us though.

It’s game over for Wales. We all know too well when the Met puts a warning out it’s always the opposite of what will actually happen 🤪😂

Sleet in Formby and I just see a Amber warning published for North Wales but I think the Meseyside area won't see that much.

Interesting differences over small areas. At work in ormskirk it’s just the same snizzly stuff from yesterday albeit that it’s managed to deposit some slush on the grass.

Snowing fairly heavily here but not settling well at all. Shame, we have the amber to our left and right now but of course being so low down I doubt we'll get much. Cheshire Gap showers put more down!

Moderate snow here, but only slight covering on the grass, pavements and roads are wet.

Picking up a bit here now but surfaces are too wet for anything to settle after the last few hours of snizzle…
