Not a bad run… completely different day today weatherwise… 👌👍

Indeed. It was rather cool on the prom with a stiff breeze from the NW. A few drizzly showers but nothing too wet.

Had Fish and Chips at

Fish & Chips restaurant

First time we've been but we were impressed.  They even had Gluten free fishing and chips for Tom.

Morning.  Not a bad night, temp stayed above 6°C.  Currently under pale shades of blue on the radar, nice and dry at ground level.  Being treated to a dramatic sunrise this morning.  Sky rich in colour tapering out to a delicate pink, photo not really capturing the beauty.

A very good mid Autumn Sunday. Fine, sunny, light winds. Average temp 10.3 degrees after a chilly night. A cool night on the cards, touch of frost in sheltered parts.

We have done very well last 8 days considering.

Pleased we are seeing the last Sunday before dark Sunday, deliver. Make the most of the last Sunday not going dark before 5pm for about 3 months!

A lovely mellow October Sunday great for a dog walk & to unwind a real difference to Friday’s storm. Hazy sunshine and 12c 🍂☀️👌

It’s been a beautiful day here with bright sunshine, light winds and cool temperatures, 9km/h, 13°C, 66% humidity and 1005 hPa. A perfect Autumn day.

Yes, it was dramatic this morning, wasn’t it. The clouds broke soon after to become a beautiful sunny Autumn day.

Still raining at 1am but has now stopped and small patches of blue sky on the horizon, with wind virtually zero. Four way temp traffic lights at the two roundabouts near Tesco in Crewe centre due to; flooding, which will be no fun if it continues and the Saturday morning shoppers start coming out in large numbers.

Yeah town was gridlocked.

Down by the Shavington Costa, the road was completely submerged on Friday night too. Cars were mounting the cycle path and driving on that to get past.

I went there as well  when I last went to Blackpool in May. I was also impressed.  Will go back there when I go the airshow next year.

A chilly evening. Shap already on 2.4 degrees. The last week or so has delivered a number of cold nights in Cumbria.

It’s 8°C here, quite clear but with humidity at 96%. I did a bit of astronomy earlier and I had a great view of Jupiter and its Galilean moons.

Lovely here today, 7ºC and climbing slowly
