Ooof the NW region doing very well again.  Not quite 23°C here Macc.  Costa del Blackpool and Rio de Keswick doing pretty well.

aye same here, I like a good thunderstorm but like warm sunshine even more so I’d happily take another day like the last couple and leave the storms for others.

that said, we’re down Calderdale tomorrow so anything is possible.

 Rush2019 Yes, SE flow so perfect for more elevated temps in the NW.

 iand61 You may well get your wish tomorrow for another warm and sunny day, especially heading further East into foreign territory. The Pennines may well be the dividing line.

Carlisle has hit 25 degrees, odd to see same level of heat at Altnaharra and Hurstmonceux.

It's reached 23.4C at the highest here so far and that was a couple of hours ago, currently 23C, therefore looking like being some way below yesterday's max temp and 25C certainly not looking likey now.

Thought I would grab a beautiful photo of my Peonies.  If and a big if, there are heavy convective showers here tomorrow these lovely petals will quickly be garden confetti.

Maxed out at 23.4C here today.

A brilliant red sun just now as it dips below the horizon. Hopefully that means shepherds love thunderstorms.

Just stuck my head outside and two things are different than last night, no signs of the aurora yet and it feels a lot cooler.

Somehow I don’t think I’ll be popping out every couple of minutes like last night.
