Got lucky last December with our six inch dumping.

Zero here, as expected.

Anyway it's early yet, some rather heavy showers now forming out east from the Thames estuary, could get interesting soon for some areas as they move inland, anyway fingers crossed.😉

Sleet and soft hail shower just now here in clacton,temp slowly falling 2.9 down from 4c overnight

Mostly cloudy here with just the odd hole in the cloud. Not expecting anything up here, though some models do suggest the chance of a brief stream of light showers moving in from the Wash this evening.

Only snow I've seen so far is on my iPhone lockscreen, and it's normally pretty good at showing the correct weather in the moment.

Sat in the office and Maidstone with a view of blue bell hill and absolutely nothing here apart from the odd rain/sleet shower so far, I think maybe this afternoon might be our best shout! Least I got to see some snowfall in bearsted early hours 😊

Just drizzly light rain here, which is a shame. It was possibly sleety at times, but the ppt is so fine it's hard to tell. Hope others have better luck!

Goes to show how marginal this is. I am in GIllingham, I recognise that street, probably 4 minutes from my door yet we have nothing!

It has that telling snow grain vibe so far, that gives me a red flag. Certainly here in SE Essex anyway.

Shower clouds are being capped and intensity reduced. Limiting activity to brief showers of grains and small flakes.
