Main front can now be seen on radar below Brest. We can now watch where it goes, fingers crossed time.

I guess there's no signs of a stall and pivot across the south east corner now as I think one or two of the models were suggesting this last night.

We have a slight pivot on the ICON 12z, a fraction further north again, hardly noticeable but at least its not moved south.

JFF that perturbation would have the South under 20cm of snow, no other model or run showing anything remotely close to this one though haha

Truly fed up if I'm honest, it nigh on impossible it seems, to get a decent snowfall, bloody French, ha ha. Anyway if we can't have snow, let's have warm and DRY please

We must be desperate if we are torturing ourselves with French model output.

I've nothing against the French apart from the fact that in summer, they hog all the storms and stop them from crossing the channel (ironically..). Now they're stealing our snow. For a country that's joked about being good at surrendering, you'd think they'd surrender the snow to make up for the storms.. but no!! *face palm*

Current radar of rainfall looks pretty in line with most the models to me, West and roughly in line with South Cornwall
