I don’t suffer from SAD but this constant cloudy weather is starting to get to me now. Anyone know where the sun is?

I'm always a bit weird at this time of year.Fishing has finished..work hasn't properly started..but I'm allergic to being indoors..not up to top notch plant price haggling so I tend to drive aimlessly about using.petrol but achieving absolutely  nothing lol

Horrible. Damp, drizzly and dull as dishwater.

Thick cloud and drizzle. Just walked Sophie to dance club in it. Minging. I'll take your hazy sun ...

 Mapantz I don't like global warming ...

As others have said it's been damp and drizzly most of the day here. Not even a hint of the sun.

Nothing further to add in Kingsbridge today I'm afraid...vile!

Even some heavier bursts of rain too. Very murky too.

An almost rain free S/SW!? Blimey!

It feels humid and if the sun breaks through I think it could get quite warm.

Much better this morning. A dry walk, albeit over sodden fields.

Just put the seedlings out on the patio, as the Sun tries to break through. 🌥️

I've always laughed at us being a cashless society. Two more companies have card glitches.Either shut or begging for cash to keep functioning. No pun intended but I think the  penny will drop soon.

I can’t remember the last time I used an ATM or cash.  Even local, self employed tradespeople local to me take card and/or bank transfer now.

Generally speaking, I don’t even carry a wallet with me anymore.  I have my few bits of ID locked away in a hidden compartment in my car, otherwise I just use ApplePay.  If anything goes wrong or suspect, I can lock my card/account within seconds in just a few clicks.

Morning All, what's this I see, POTENTIAL for a couple of dry days? An overcast morning after the overnight low of 9.0°C at: 05:59, currently 12.8°C, RH93% and light air from the NNE.

From Above, with cloud breaks visible

On Golden sands, I see a shadow being cast from the soul on the beach...

Sunny spells and light air helped the temp climb to 17.3°C here, making it the warmest day of the year so far.

Yes very pleasant albeit cloudy again now. It doesn’t ‘feel’ like March though. In fact there’s almost an oppressiveness to the air. Still and warm and hazy like a summer afternoon.

Andy Bown funny you say that as I'm sat out for the 1st time this year and actually sweating a bit even though its only 14 or 15, and hazy rather than full on sun.  Perhaps it's where the surroundings are just so wet.

Andy Bown I just went out in a rush to the chooks as the neighbours cat was attacking one again! And had the same. It feels like a summer afternoon. Most odd!!
