  1. For what they are worth, the Arpege 18z ensembles were showing this. Await 6z.
  2. Looks like NW doesn`t like Houdini. Anyway, yep agree and the FAX charts, if they were not modified by a human you would say overly progressive. Other models take, await the 6z.
  3. and also really annoying in the next few days is that somehow -8 850`s never seem to get past the Humber. The country really has pulled off a Houdini act.
  4. Don`t worry Nick they are only going through a phase The Channel LP on Weds has a pretty kinky northern flank to it.
  5. The Icon 12z of tomorrow mornings precipitation in the South. EDIT: Arpege
  6. Ah here is the 3am 0C Isotherm. Courtesy of NW. EDIT: And here is real time data of where the LP to the East is positioned.
  7. Can`t get a closer time apart from midnight but the wet bulb at 9am does take it`s time overnight to get to this which may mean some slowing of the cold front.
  8. Ah ok cheers. Will just take it as the same as yesterday i.e. very close to you. Yep, looking forward to the 12z`s.
  9. When you also throw in plagiarism from others, it`s a fun read sometimes.
  10. GEFS with good disruption of the lows on Wednesday. Much flatter profile.
  11. I see the update did happen and much more of an area covered.
  12. When are you looking at Nick, there is a small shift flatter on Fridays jet compared to yesterday. today - EDIT - note the lack of the US trough today.
  13. Forget the 10 and 14 NAO, look how tight the 7 day is giving confidence of keeping it negative.
  14. Earlier today, @Mark wheeler and @E17boy reported snow flakes in the South. GEFS at 13:00 was showing these 850`s. (-6) It`s almost the models are 1 step behind current conditions. Could be an interesting week, no idea and not having a punt at day 5.
  15. Well put Cambrian. Brave man to dare mention the end of the week. These LP`s to the West are basically the focus this week, cold is there, they are not yet.
  16. From what I have seen, the met warning may be modified tomorrow. Whether overnight and 6z`s change the extent of the LP reach for Monday night, has to be altered.
  17. Wednesday morning, wet bulb level is zero. Depending on the front coming from the North (position of LP to the East and what`s left in the tank), anything will be snow.
  18. Worth keeping an eye on the DP`s tomorrow as the 528 DAM for midnight Monday is pretty South, especially for London North.
