    Best county in my book. Just 1 bit of caution,be prepared for many bitter,bitter dissapointment's each winter. If it's snow your after DONT COME.

    Bit of a easter lie in today. What woke me up was the heat of the sun shining through the velux window!! if only this wind would take a hike .Looking out the window this morning,you would be forgiven for thinking it was the middle of july. Shame that's not the reality. Looking foreward to saturday,having a day on the camel trail.Weather looks like it might cooperate

    Just planted the first of the onion sets. Hope it isn't a mistake. Couldn't wait any longer ,need to see something in the ground. Got a feeling the worst might be nearly over now. Next week looking milder an finally an end to these relentless east winds

    Not sunny here. V overcast and still windy although,not as bad as yesterday. Will spring finally arrive next week? Starting to look promising.

    Dont think there's any left here. Gone into their summer sleep ready for this autumn. Not a good day for argyle. losing to york,ouch.

    I ventured out for 2 hour's ,trying to slowly dig over veg patch. Nothing in the ground yet(unbelievable) and think it's a few days yet,the ground,although workable,is so increadably cold. Just dont see the point in sowing anything yet as it will just sit there. Anyway,happy easter and least your team won yesterday. Starting to worry a bit about stoke now,looking dodgy. Can see it now,plymouth stay up and stoke go down.

    Flip floppy weather at the moment it seems. Lovely day on thursday,horrible yesterday and nice again today. Get out of the wind and in the sun and it's pleasant Need to lose this east wind (it hasn't delivered all winter and it's not going to now) Come back and visit again next winter

    Feel a bit sad this morning.Just became aware that Glacier point will no longer be posting in the MOD thread I admit i didn't understand a word he was saying but still looked foreward to reading his posts. Losing some intrest in that thread if i'am honest and his departure will just make things worse. Way to many posters with way to big egos for me i'am afraid. Wish GP the v.best in his new job.

    Yeah,just come past culdrose,car temp said 3c. Did turn a bit sleety over goonhilly and the temp dropped to 2c. Wouldn't call it heavy,light and patchy mostly. Blowing a gale however.

    Having just watched both local and national forecasts,all i can think is,if only. For my location it just doesn't get better. Channel(undercut low) scratching the lizard keeping us in the cold air. Synoptic nirvana for here.Shame it's almost april

    Never heard that one. Tide goes out at diff times each day. Radar is my best friend at sea. At times vis can be down to 10's of meters. My worst nightmare to see a wall of steel come looming out of the fog.

    May,june is the peak time here in the bay. Cold sea temps with warm S/S.E asterlies,a classic recipe. Last all day at times. Can see some foggy days coming this year if we ever get any warmth.

    I just dont think snow is a possibility now tbh. Yesterday was b----dy freezing and yet,it was still a sleety mess here. I might be wrong but i think it's time to move on.Have a nice summer and hope for a 63 ish winter to come.

    Makes you realise what we are missing.Get out of the wind and the sun has got some power now. Dont think we'll see much of it tomorrow though. Expect rain here on the coast. Might be sleety in truro
