Let's pray for another 2010, if a streamer sets up who knows what could happen. I'm just worried about all the comments about sleet.

What a year that was! Real dry powdery snow. Hopefully it won't turn too wet or sleety later, the air seems very crisp and perfect conditions right now.

  2. I didn't see a flake in Cardiff, but in all honesty I didn't expect to that early on. It was way too warm and dew points were way too high. Would be nice if we could catch shower this evening, the rain has dried up nicely and the temperature has dropped now too. Fingers crossed!

Went for a walk earlier around Heath, actually felt mild. What an awful winter for us! But saying that though we get warmer and sunnier summers! ☀️

I think I'm the only one who dislikes Summer and sunlight. Give me clouds, rain and winds any day.

It's bright out there this morning and felt much milder than it actually is. I was surprised to see Bute Park weather station down to 0.8c this morning. Up to 1.5c now, but feels much warmer than that.

The snow part mainly for ground 200m+ unfortunately Clair and then only 1-2cm. Ice the main hazard.

Heavy precip moving across Wales at the moment but probably too warm now for anything but rain/hail from this, we shall see. Higher mid wales could see quite a bit in a short time from this shower. Milder air associated with the band of precip.

I think I'd be happy just to see a flake falling after the last few winters. It's definitely too warm to fall as snow though.
