  1. That may be true yes it's been showing very cold weather yes I agree with that but the ecm with this huge dumping of snow as much as I love and due to be so far away a day can make all the difference
  2. It's never a great idea to all excited over one run to be honest... Some people could be disappointed
  3. Just seen this Tweet https://mobile.twitter.com/tropicaltidbits/status/906152668275646464
  4. Thank you for clearing that up Now my head can rest a tad in peace, now for the ecm .
  5. May I ask what happened to this cold spell at the beginning of November? I only just managed to read the last few pages properly and I just a tad confused that there's a lot of mild/cold talk going on? Anyway I shall await the ECM
  6. Well Afternoon Guys, Back yet again lol. it seems like after a milder spell for a few days it seems to that to road to cold begins at the turn of November. Not sure if this tweet has been posted. As you can see after a more norm CFS now the CFS seems to back Northern Blocking, which is good news for cold fans. PS:Someone Replied to my other post the other thank you for the reply and i agree with that you said. Besides Winter is nearly here
  7. It's been a very long time since I stepped into this world of model output for nearly 2 years. First off I seen lately that most of the models support northern blocking until lately which seems to be very slowly just fading away into the sunset with every run which is shame for the cold fans here. The same can be said with the cooler temperatures until now as it seems it was going to last to maybe late October possibly November as again per the first it seen to be joint in joining the northern blocking as riding off to the sunset. That's what I seem to get by according to most of these posts although can differ. Although fate may have it that I could be wrong or maybe it comes back tomorrow...We shall see. PS: Just please tell not just me but the other guys what's going on in a neutral respective please
  8. Would you like to explain what is going on for us please it's not helpful when we don't have a clue what this means???
  9. I don't think i have posted in a fair while and have been watching the comments on the past few days with this cold spell and it seems to be that the cold(er) temp/uppers and being pushed back or delayed into the end of the runs on the models. It does get cold but no as cold as once said few days ago as it seems any Cold(er) weather is now onto the depths of fl which is a shame. Hope im wrong through.
  10. Just been reading through just now and i must say and newbies may agree with me on this but how come the gfs's latest run theres people saying cold, snow and others saying rain and wind???? Even I'm confused right now what to think about the GFS??? at least it no blowtorch lol.. UKMO is great for cold fans i add.. But im not getting myself excited over one run/set..as a cold/neutral fan i would love to see cold and snow but at the same time as a reader its very confusing at the moment to understand some people posts i say again some with cold all over just as much with rain-feast as well. I think i stay on the fence for the time being
  11. I think i be staying on the fence for a while until it's near upon us..Even then it can all go wrong and why becuase we seen all go wrong even 48 and even 24 hours.. However it does how good/great support for a return to normal/colder weather in early January however i would be careful because it seems complex and it could go wrong at any time it could also strike gold too.. All to play for by the looks of it. i seems the xmas has changed things for the cold fans so i just needs to stay on track..
  12. There is now a total of 26 severe flood warnings two in the north-east the rest are in the north-west
  13. Is Cornwall/Devon suppose to be getting anything "wintry" this weekend/Monday ? BBC weather says no ( my area ) anyway It looks like the SW is going to miss out
  14. Not meaning to ruin the Spirit here but this "cold" weather is in the deepest parts of FL plus it has only GFS going for cold weather with little to no support else where. Even if it gets to the "reliable" timeframe it has to the tendency to downgrade a cold plunge to a mere few hours spectacle snap...may I add most of the time.. I can understand that some are excited and are rather please about colder weather however unless it gets support from other major models and to a closer timeframe I think some people are going to be disappointed
  15. Sorry to brother you but is there a link so I could see and possibly others thanks
  16. Regarding the "Tropical Storm" What Kind Of Impact Do We Expect For The Uk?
  17. Quite a loss in Russia but it makes it with a fair bit of snowfall in Alaska
  18. http://www.accuweather.com/en/weather-news/europe-fall-forecast-heat-ling/52002792 Seasonable Start to be Followed by Storms in British Isles, Northwestern Europe The British Isles escaped the heat for much of the summer as rounds of intense heat traveled from Spain into France then eastward into central and eastern Europe. Heat will remain to the east across central and eastern Europe during the early fall, keeping near- to slightly below-normal temperatures across Ireland and the United Kingdom with a cooling northwest flow from the Atlantic being the dominate pattern. Meanwhile, areas from Paris to Amsterdam can expect a typical fall season with brief pulses of warmth that will be erased by a cooler northwest flow after only a day or two. During November, the large ridge over central and eastern Europe will weaken and open the door for storm systems to enter northern Europe. Strengthening storms from the Atlantic Ocean will bring the threat for damaging winds to Ireland, the United Kingdom, northern France, Belgium and the Netherlands during late October into November. This pattern is expected to continue into early winter when several powerful wind storms will cross northwestern Europe.
