Honestly baffled by that forecast. The EPS suite is showing a very clear period of below average temperatures within that forecast period above.
I know the Met often sit on the fence and don't tend to actually forecast much beyond complete vagueness at that range, but that's taking it to the extreme even for them.
Showing, 2,3 & 4c here for my location. If that’s locally mild, then 13-14c would feel tropical.

Just spent the last 6 weeks in Thailand. Finally, at last, I’ve got to see my partner and my daughter.
unbelievable cool weather over there at the moment. When I left northern Thailand on Wednesday night it was 11c . They’ve not experienced this in a long time. During the day it was 26c.
Anyway, not expecting much “ wet snow “ for our region over night

Heaviest snow shower of the day and it still cannot settle. Going to need a serious blizzard at this rate just to get 2 or 3 cm.

Just been on WhatsApp with the Mrs and she is complaining it’s so hot.
After a cold month or so ( in her terms 24c is cold) next week is looking hot hot.. 40-44cthe humidity will be unbearable.
