Very fine drizzle here all morning. Was hoping for heavy rain and thunderstorms last 2 days but the Metoffice got it wrong yet again.

Very cold here tonight also. Tempted to put the heating on. The weekend looks cold yet again, following a warmer Thursday/Friday.

It's been rubbish for snow so far, but 2nd half of Feb may hold surprises.

Getting a covering on the road here now already. Amazing, and the snow is more persistent now.

Light snow started here about 10 mins ago. Just been out to cover the car windscreen as have to drive to work tomorrow.

The problem is that any snow is marginal for this area as we have already seen with some peeps getting nothing. We need a proper countrywide snow event.

Looks very dark clouds, north of here, and radar is showing snow showers coming out of nowhere.

As it's Friday, the traffic will be bad most places by the afternoon. I would stay at home.

The Metoffice Sinclair Spectrum is currently being upgraded to a Commodore 64, which should be operational in 2017. What do they know.

The temps are fine. It's the dewpoint that counts, and most of us should be around -1C in the Midlands area. Current Dewpoint is -1.3C for me, and temp is 1.4C.
