Don't get too excited. Autumn has to come first and usually wwe get wet and windy weather before December or in December. Anyway, it has been glorious and sunny here all day. It has now cooled down to 14C after a high of 18C. Cold night coming up.

Very cold last night and clear with a minimum of 5C. Has been clear and cool this morning but now clouds building up. Temperature at the moment is 15C. Cold in the wind but hot in the sun.

Had some quite heavy bursts of rain this morning and very poor visibility. Drier this afternoon but very windy and cold!

Had a bit of light rain for much of this morning but has been bright and sunny at 20C this afternoon. Rainfall only amounted to 2.5mm.

Thick mist earlier but now clearing and lookuing like a reasonable day. Temperature is 17C.

Incredibly foggy early on this morning but cleared by 9am and has been clear with not a cloud in the sky all day. Top temperature was 21C. Why couldn't Saturday and Monday swap.

Ground still damp after yesterday's torrential rain but dry and cloudy today. Dull and still only 18C. Summer must have gone back to the Azores.

Yatton got 23.5mm within an hour. It's now cloudy and damp but not raining anymore. Cold too. The much wanted rain freshened the air.

Has been sunny for most of themorning but increasing altocumulus and some stratus. Damp and humid after 1mm of rain overnight.

A layer on altocumulus, virga and mammatus after a lovely sunset. Was sunny and warm all afternoon but should get some thunder and rain within the next 12 hours I hope. 18C

Cloudy and dry with occasional sunshine. Beautiful sunrise this morning too with bright yellow clouds. Temperature currently 17.5C and it is the 9th day without any rain.

Yes it did look rather nice inland. The west coast was shrouded in cloud though.

Cloudy, cool with occasional very light rain showers. Nothing measurable at all! Temperature at 18C. Forecasts say thunder tonight and tomorrow.

Was sunny all afternoon before cloud rolled in from the southwest. It has stayed cloudy since 4pm with the odd spot of rain at times. Warm today at 23C.

Been sunny all afternoon and warm again with a high of 24C (home) but warmer with 25C in Central Bristol. Just clouding over with increasing stratus and altocumulus.

I'm waiting for the sun to go in after this morning's forecast but it's still shining. There are quite a few cumulus now building. Temperature in Central Bristol is 23.5C but at home in the outscirts it is about 22C.

Dry and mostly sunny but cumulus clouds beginning to build and coolish breeze. Temperatures around 18C. Quite comfortable to go to school in.

Dry and sunny at the mo with a very thin covering of cirrus. Cooler than yesterday at 15C.

It's been a glorious day here today with a high fo 25.5C in Bristol. The sun shone all day with a few convective clouds bubbling up by 3pm. Became cloudy at 6pm but turned clear again and so it is now.
