Thanks Paul, I should really just bookmark it!

Hi Paul - is there a plan to add a link to the data centre side bar (unless there already is and i am being a bit dim!). Thanks

11.4c please

Spitting a little, but no proper rain yet. In a way hoping it doesn't. Can't recall a month I have recorded no measurable rain. Seeing the precipitation south of the Thames suggests this might not be achieved!

Must be the closest run to getting 20c so far this year? ECM somewhat similar. We can hope! As others have said, reasonable in the East / South for the first half of the week, before turning a little cooler and more unsettled towards the weekend. Signs of at least a brief warm up / return to wider settled weather from Sunday onwards (just in time for meet ups in the garden!), at least according to the ECM and GFS 18z

Still cloudy in London, hopefully clears by mid afternoon!
-
Temp rose to -0.2c, now back down to -0.4c. I think we've managed to secure a second ice day! Still snowing, lightly, in fact i don't think it has stopped snowing since yesterday morning! Shame it was just so light.
Looks like we'll break 0c tomorrow (we've been helped by the constant cloud / light snow), albeit the GFS raw temps gives ice days on Thursday and Saturday

Heaviest snow of the past couple of days now. Sugar coating has returned to the paths!
-
Max temp so far today -0.2c. Now -0.6c (currently a moderate snow shower). Small chance of a 2nd ice day if we can say below 0c until 3ish..
-
Alternating between light to very light snow. I can see the darker cloud to the south of me! Still -1.3c. Difficult to judge if the moderate precipitation will reach NW London, seems to be fizzling out over NE for now.

Woke up to light snow. Radar suggests it could last a while, but probably not amounting to much. Currently -1.3c, will be interesting to see how close we get to a second ice day!

Looks like the northern extent is weakening so no good for our parts but looks good for S/E London
Indeed, although as @Captain Shortwave says above, as that clears showers are appearing behind (see over Norwich). We might get lucky overnight if they extend south a bit.

Seems the blob is headed for SE London - ah well. Hopefully some showers overnight!

Looks to be making inroads from when I last checked! As to whether the intensity will weaken I don’t know
Fingers crossed. Painfully slow, but that's good if it maintains intensity and hits us! The recent intensification over Norwich is good

Yes that is the bit I have my eyes on, heading this way.
Yes, although could be close (weakening on its northern side)

I've never seen it snow for so long but accumulate to nothing. Pavements and roads nice and clear, bit of a dusting on grass and tables.
Good luck to those that get on the streamer action tonight!
Keep an eye on the precipitation over East Anglia (say the bit over the Sudbury area). Doesn't seem to be weakening, and perhaps a chance it might hit parts of NW / central London.

That's what I have my eye on. Waiting for it to disintegrate but seems to holding for now.. If it did make it i wouldn't expect more than a dusting / cm or two (if lucky). Better than nothing i suppose!

Back to moderate snow again. As per others not really amounting to much! For those of us in NW London I have my eye on the precipitation just south of Norwich. Will no doubt fizzle away albeit you never know!
