  1. Yup, the temp has gone up to 2.9c and the dew down to 0.3c at Reigate Grammar - http://www.weather.rgsinfo.net/index.htm A few spots of drizzle in woodhatch atm... Lucky you - send it this way!
  2. Passed a gritter dropping Little Plum (damson?) at Beavers... There's the occasional spot of something wet in the air - pretty sure it's not snow sadly
  3. Currently 1.7c with a dew point of 0.7c - marginality in numbers
  4. Tell me about it - one of my colleagues phoned her mum who lives in Hailsham and apparently there's 'a sprinkling'!
  5. My boss hasn't made it in from Hailsham due to 'snow'!!
  6. No snow in Reigate, not that I expect it to be but it's a damn cold walk to work - still -2.5c having had a low of -3.9c
  7. -0.9c / dew -1.6c in Reigate - if only it would snow now!
  8. Indeed - my met office app is now saying 2c and rain / occasional sleet all day on Wednesday which is unpleasant... Still time to change but I just don't think it will be cold enough
  9. I have only been to Wengen and the Bernese Oberland in the summer (save a brief trip to Kandersteg one March) - it is a beautiful place - thank you for the photos!
  10. Absolutely Fred - I think this is a -3/-4 sort of night here... - latest temp at the grammar school is -0.6 apparently and that's in the middle of town... http://www.weather.rgsinfo.net/index.htm
  11. Light snow forecast in Reigate on Wednesday Also, those temperatures are much lower than 5-6c that some on here are forecasting...
  12. Yes, it could be a 'close but no cigar' spell for us - it will be interesting to see how it goes...
  13. richard, the only thing I noticed with a westward advancement is in my post above... However, it does appear (and I think it's Mucka that has been posting the ensembles) that the cold is being extended to the weekend; my assumption is that the 'sliders' are further west allowing for more of a continental feed afterwards...
  14. Hi Paul, when I'm browsing on my phone, I'm getting error messages like the one in the attached image below - the navigation doesn't seem to be working!
  15. Indeed, if we can't have snow, I'd rather it was dry with some decent frosts - like Friday night...
  16. The -5 line advances west back across the country at 168hrs on the ECM... If nothing else, the Scandi high seems to be modelled stronger every model run...
  17. Temperature in Reigate is 1.5c with a dew point of 1c... Close! http://www.weather.rgsinfo.net/index.htm
  18. I wonder if the brief rain / ice pellets was snow on top of Reigate hill / Banstead?
