  1. Just saw Sarah Farmer from South Today Weather outside Salisbury Cathedral. I was just about to ask her if it was going snow at Christmas, but her phone rang. Saw Sally Taylor and Tony Husband too, which I believe is the South Today Triple Crown.
  2. Hello Andy, I'm not going to worry about it until Sunday. We'll be down Fawley way, so I'm hoping to get to Lepe and Calshot for a wander. Just a break from the wind/rain/in-laws would be a nice start.
  3. It's lovely here. Weather like this for next Tue/Wed would do just fine for me.
  4. Yeah, we've had blue sky above pretty much all day, but the Sun's so low in the sky that those clouds down South have scuppered our Sunshine.
  5. Yeah, it's still there. I'm struggling to spot a gap in it for @matt111
  6. Rotten today. Guess who got sent out in it to put the outside lights up? Couldn't feel my fingers. Horrible.
  7. We were in London last Christmas @Mapantz. I asked my Brother for pub recommedations in Notting Hill, on Christmas Eve. Knowing that I can't stand Christmas, he sent us here. Pillock.
  8. Setting off for Saints v Man U in a minute, so I hope that's it for the rain today. It does look brighter to the West.
  9. Venus, at approx 6:50am was incredible. I've never seen it so big and bright.
  10. Yep, missed me too. Horrible day. Back edge appearing just in time for darkness.
  11. It's changed again Lyn-M, at least it has for here. And it'll change several more times, as it one of those long waving fronts meandering along the South coast. My plan is just to watch the Rugby, then it can do what it likes.
  12. It's incredible the difference being up the top of Lode Hill makes. I was walking back up Gravel Close in Downton at 8:10 and it was just cold rain. I was wondering if I was seeing the odd splodge, but I wouldn't have put money on it. Just got my head down and marched back home. It was horrible.
  13. Cold rain down here. Got soaked earlier. Snow at the office in Stokenchurch apparently.
  14. Too right and just in time for the weekend. This week can do one. Brew Day tomorrow, hopefully in the Sunshine. Our Christmas Chocolate Porter is going on.

  16. Hahaha. Certainly not, @matt111 Same every year, newbies lap it up and nobody learns anything. Very dull.
  17. I've no idea why a bloke who claims that he doesn't use the models, is bothering to post in the model output discussion. Guess, guess, guess... Pointless.
  18. 90 mins and this bad boy is going up. Not much rain recently. Might be a one match job.
  19. A decent, sunny start earlier, but its clouded over now from the South and the wind has picked up. There's nothing on the radar at the moment, but it looks like rain could be on the way. Edit : Johnboy 1 - Radar 0
