The wind vectors are too westerly. Us in the south of the region will miss out completely if this continues. I've just got back to Runcorn and it's bone dry & crystal clear. Temp is at 1.2C though, with a dewpoint of -3C. Anything that falls should be completely of snow.

Look at that tasty low sat out in the Irish Sea. Wales and the North West would get absolutely hammered, with many showers penetrating further southwards too.
