Some really heavy snow pushing through West Yorks atm, got sent a video up in North Leeds of it snowing heavy and settling.
Found this pic below of Twitter in Leeds
Its going of the EURO4 model which is why there is a meto warning out for snow above 100m.
Also worth remembering the short range models have significantly higher resolution.
The track of Sundays low is perfect for Southern Wales/Peak District and North/West Yorkshire if we want any snowfall, snow confined to the northern edge of the band mind but if you happen to sit on the northern edge and be on high ground you could be in luck as it travels north east. I'm back in Leeds at 200m on that day so definitely something to keep an eye on.

I'm back in Leeds this weekend so something to keep an eye on.
If you inland around 200m+ you could well see something decent out of this. But atm its more of a tops of the hills type snowfall.
I'd expect there to be rain at first, LBA is at 2.c currently so not a bad start, I'm not gonna hype up this possible snow event as I wont be in Leeds for another month but if I was on high ground I'd be excited.
Thanks for posting!
I live by Waterloo station and that map perfectly shows why when I stood for ages trying to get a video of the lightning it was so hard as it was always directly overhead. That map shows it perfectly.
....................
Just had some thunder.
ECM/GFS goes for another temporary period of snowfall for high ground across West/North Yorks on Wednesday.
I'm back in London now so won't see anything but could be interesting if you live around 200m+
