    Tamp has steadied out now, currently 2.0c and DP of -1.0c if it stays that way I think I may do well, especially if it starts to drop again this evening.

    Snow reports about an hour to the West of me at the moment. sharp rise in temp from -10c at 7am now at 0.4c and a DP of -2c.

    Woke up to a chilly -10.5c and DP of -11c here in North Dorset, going to have to de ice the inside of the bathroom window soon

    GFS looking slightly west on this run in the first couple of frames, about 50 miles, small steps and all that.

    Well I have now just dropped to -9.1c but my sensor is 1m off the ground. The station in my sig is 2m off the ground and reading -8 with a DP of -10.0c That is some bloody cold air this front is going to be coming up against and I really don't think it's going to get as far as is being modeled.

    ruddy heck, just hit -8c at 19:30!! DP -9c still keeping hopes up for tomorrow, I'll be glued to the radar all day/night, you would of thought i'd have learnt by now lol.

    Had a nice dusting here this morning when I woke up at 6am and continued to snow lightly untill 11am but only pitched on the grass and cars but better than nothing current temp is 2.8c with a DP of 0.2c

    Here in North Dorset I have a temp of 2.2c and DP of 1.0c. light sleet with snow showing on the radar, fingers crossed!

    It's a not so nice 5.3c and stable here, DP of 3.1, a 7mph wind and pressure at 995.1mb rising at 0.2mb/h. On the + side the fire is lit and a nice stock of logs for the night, tea in the oven and a pack of beer on the table all set for a long night of weather watching. The chance of my first bit of snow this winter is good compensation for missing out on a good storm I've been looking forward to all week

    Well I'm far to South for any snow event on Friday so I'm just hoping we get a slight North adjustment on the low pressure system on Thursday night, than I may get an interesting wind event. Going to be some interesting model watching over the next 48h and I'll be reporting conditions at my location if things get interesting

    Still a bit windy but not as bad as I thought it was going to be IMBY anyway. Sustained 21.6mph gusting 30.4mph Pressure still falling 1.8mb/hr now at 984.2mb temp rising 12.3c DP 11.5 Rain today is at 19.2mm falling at 3.4mm/hr Not expecting much more tonight to be honest but its still looking like us in the South still have Thur\Fri to look forward to, with the Met still going for a strong storm across the South.

    Yeah unfortunately my weather station is a little sheltered from the south so I do expect its a little stronger than showing.

    Things still seem to be picking up here, I'm well in land and getting sustained 22.4mph gusting 33.1 Pressure still dropping 985.9mb falling 2.4mb\hr Temp up to 11.8c and DP of 11.1 and rising 1.0c/hr Rain so far today 16.8mm falling at 7.6mm/hr and more to come.

    Temps and DP rising fast at 1.1c\hr, wind still sustained 20mph gusting 30mph. Rain falling at 7.6mm\hr and up to 14.1mm today, pressure at 986.6mb falling fast still at 2.8mb\hr Feels like it's starting to ramp up a bit more now.

    Wind starting to pick up again to sustained 24mph and gusting 30mph after a quiet hour or so with moderate rain. Pressure is 987.2mb falling 2.7mb\hr, Temp 10.4 rising 0.5c/hr, DP 9.6 rising, rain 10.8mm falling at 4.3mm\hr. Wind has peaked at 31mph so far, max so far this year was 43mph so would be well happy to break the 50mph mark tonight.
