blue sky dark clouds clearing in east bristol can see dark clouds with towering cumulus from the direction of the wind think its gunna bring a hard snow shower cus the last one was lame temp still 3c

will let know if we get nething else

Woo hoo.. this is more like it.. Had another shower a little while ago.. This was a bit heavier and lasted a bit longer than the earlier one and now its just starting again. :o Nothing too heavy as yet but some nice big fat juicy flakes floating down.

snowed pellets for about 30mins in harlow essex about 3 pm settled on roofs/ garden furnature etc left approx 0.5cm cover

current temp is now 1.5c

Had a brief flurry at lunch-time but started to snow quite heavily now in E Grinstead, W Sussex. Certainly appears to be coming from a more easterly direction too.

Truly amazing. In the space of, say, 10 minutes we went from blue skies to the most incredible heavy snow shower back to pure beautiful blue skies again ! But we have a covering of polystyrene kind of snow which I hope will last. But alas again not another cloud in sight !

Just had a 10 minute hefty snow shower (huuuuuuuge flakes).

Has left a covering. Now 'spitting' with small snow flakes.

There was a cloudy spell from 12-1500 with persistent but mostly slight snow.

It got heavier around 1400, tried to settle but then stopped.

Starting to snow with huge flakes in Lancashire for those in the west of the country and have been given not much hope you may see snow.

It looks like it may stick here at 100m.
