Well it seems that it will all start happening in the Highlands very soon, with cold conditions gradually pushing their way south. Post your wintry reports here, although not exclusively snow.

There was just a little bit of sleet here in Inverness, change is in the air.

A very impressive wintry shower in Stratosville this morning around 8:30. Ice pellets gave way to snow, and as I drove into Leeds the rain was turning to gloopy sleet and snow even at low levels. Gave a temporary thin cover on the tops.

Seen snow on the northern peaks of the Pennines from the train, and also on that mysterious hill NW of the toon. Cloud base fairly low today at times.

GW is clearly ended. Six consecutive daye with snow in Stratosdale during March, and even a dusting one morning; more snow than I've ever seen before in March (ok - most of it WAS in the Alps at around 5000', but hey...), and now snow in April).

National Express really don't know how to run train services. They should have stuck to things with tyres.

An hour and a half of moderate sleet then snow with huge flakes gave a very thin slushy deposit on my car windscreen this morning. Loads of showers now moving south :o

Having a light/moderate shower of hail/sleet/wet snow here.

I think your hail/sleet/snow mix may be on the way south to Bristol.

There's another more intense band to your north which could well affect you but it's difficult to tell at the scale of the Met Office Radar maps.
