Just drove 4 miles down a single track road to pick up some bread and milk.

Conditions very bad - more than 30 mph and you're slaloming. Lots of cars being a little too optimistic speed-wise and sliding.

Glad I decided not to go to work in Edinburgh.

Still snowing heavily and hovering around 0 C.

Nice snow falling now moderate going on heavy. We may get even more than England this week considering we're due to get pasted lateer this week too!

Snowing here again although it is getting warmer, up to 1c now and some of the snow was beginning to melt before this new snow moved in.

Woke up to about an inch of snow on the grass and pavements this morning :o

Some of it starting to melt away now though so I hope we're in for a top-up soon, there seems to be a few showers in the vicinity.

heavy snow here a while ago here in cambuslang in south lanarkshire brightened up a bit now but its been coming and going most of the morning
