Anyone on exmoor. Be intresting to see how much they have. Just started snowing light again here. Really amazing out. Never seen this much snow here.

Snow now starting to build up and drift here, rural roads are dangerous as the kerbs are now covered

Any idea of the ETA of showers.... :rolleyes:

What's coming up off the channel is pretty patchy so it's hit and miss, but the main chunk of weather out to our SE is slowly moving this way and might just get this far before it all goes N.

Quite a little blizzard for a time here! More schools closing....Bournemouth looks to be favoured with the snow for now.

Not alot more overnight, but still snow showers sweeping in, and from the look of the radar could be in line for quite a hefty one soon.

Still belting down with snow but still slightly wet.

Quite persistant heavy snow here now, strong winds are blowing that snow around

Is somebody up there taking the ****?? This is just rubbing salt into the wounds of us Weymouth folk. :wub:

It doesn't seem to matter what direction the weather comes from, it seems (somehow!?? :rolleyes: ) to skirt by and dump either to the North or the East of us. They are only showers, albeit quite hefty ones, but I was quite hopeful this morning of picking some up. West Dorset residents must be equally miffed.

I'm pleased for you all I really am but it really is so frustrating to watch.North Deveon just taken another pasting and now South Wales about to be pummeled soon as well by the looks of things.

Problem is this is going to get ever more marginal from now onwarsd during the next few days at least. Oh well, our time will come again. Feb 19th 1978 in Weymouth knocked the socks off anything that's happened so far in in this cold spell in the UK. Trouble is that was over 30 years ago! :)

Lol, sorry mate.

My school is open today, im so confused lol. No one has gone in to school though, mum told me to stay off and enjoy it lol. :):rolleyes:

I feel for you mate. Usually Yeovil is a snowless zone but we seem to have had some of the best falls of the region - over 5 inches.

So close yet so far.

Good morning from NE Bristol. I see lots of snow in Devon, Somerset and Wales!

However, from NE Bristol it's :wub: ! The sun is up, the sky is blue, there ain't a snowcloud to improve the view......sorry, I digress :rolleyes: .

Anyway, we still have yesterday's snow on the ground which is good. Set against the backdrop of the blue sky it is rather beautiful. But, I'd rather have some more snow. :)

I shall go poking around and see if any more is forecast.

My school in Cardiff has been closed since 12pm yesterday lol. We all went home and told to stay home tommorow morning.
