yes im in middle of that and it is accumilating at a rapid rate. looks like we have around 6/7 inches now although 3 of that was from tues

It looks alot lighter and patchy after this heavy stream? will it intensify u think more later?

brilliant I'm only 25 miles from stroud, Im confident it wont get lighter fingers crossed Im giving it another hour edit heavy snow is back again falling fast

If it stays like this intense, I'd say 2 - 3 cms an hour.

its gone lighter because we are in a lull...but whats comming is realy heavy and quite large,,,,,,,and moving really slowly

Heavy snow here in Cardiff!

The rotation now looks like that stuff over bristol may head your way, what part of cardiff are you at, i am in St fagans and no sign of it here yet

Well, those photos were rubbish - couldn't anything in the LCD so just pointed randomly. Urk. Think I'll go to sleep now, with about two crunchy inches here in Westbury town (if I still had a Range Rover, the Plains would be good, huh?) Hope it's not washed away on the morrow...

I think your right, heavy snow back again here just sampled the snow and it's the hardest toughest snow ever not dry and fine like mondays

Cant believe how orange the sky is, looks amazing.

The ppn over the west country now is moving very slowly It should stay at this intensity until 4.30-5.00 I would of thought. 4-5 inches likely I would say

I know nothing better than orange sky in heavy snow,and my finger nail sized flakes are back again but it's heavy

It will my friend im sure..... watching the Precip radar its definately slowed in progression.... so we should be under this now for a few more hours yet.....

for me, well worth staying up for.... This is the best i have seen for a number of years.......

the street outside is pristine with unspoilt snow - yup still videoing
