Hi all. Is it meant to be turning colder again from mid next week onwards?

hi,

yes, it does look like turning colder again at some point in the next two weeks

at the moment, it seems like it will stay mild until at least next weekend but from then on there is great uncertainty about the timing of the cold returning

keep checking the forecasts, though, as things will become clearer as next week progresses

oh, and check out the new topic continuing the discussion about the need for a scottish met office

Slow thaw here today with a max of 2.5C. Clouded over PM but temps have dropped back to 0.9C and the snow is crispy again in the garden.
