Alternatively, you can click on the superscript button (the <x²> symbol above the message box, just below the 's' of "Fonts"), and pop a small 'o' in the middle. Thus....10.7^oC. Possibly easier than trying to remember the right code.

PS That's NOT my guess, which perhaps unwisely remains at 9.8^oC....I'm bored with usually guessing slightly above average, and usually getting it not too far off. Nothing ventured, nothing gained....

I am going for 11.0C as I think there will be cold spells at the beginning and end but cancelled out by warm weather in the middle third.

I expect that England and Wales will have a warm month but that in Scotland and Northern Ireland most places will be cooler than average.
