Radar is showing more ppn behind the main band moving in a SE direction towards London

Amazing here in Norwich - heavy snow for an hour or so now. Falling on frozen ground and some remaining snow from yesterday.

This is the best snow we have had in the past few days. I'll pop some pics up in a mo - they aint brill but you'll get the idea.

I honestly thought it would be snow all the way... am quite disapointed, considering the temps we have had all day that rain and sleet is falling!

For all you worried when it starts raining, thats what happened here despite cold temps all day but after about 10mins it turned to heavy snow.

Its not Sleet its RAIN...I am watching it fall....Would never have been like this in the 80's

Warmer sectors in 81 :lol: :lol:

Good old Warm London for you, since moving out of Enfield to rural Hertfordshire, I've noticed how much colder it is and the snowfall is much less marginal (only 20 miles North of North London).
