Not very good here....after all the fuss, nothing. Tommorow hopefully for me unless it shifts east to N/E England again as per usual. Might aswell start calling the English, storm stealers.

Going to check the Tops and Look of that Hythe Storm on Radar - That looks like a Supercell from the picture, amazing Striations and Inflow Region.

Incredible Picture

Still Thunderless and Lightningless since last year for me in the Uk

Maybe I need to join the "No Storms Club" Uk Version

There was an awesome front to the thunderstorm here. :whistling: Thought I would share my photos:

Erm...don't know what to say really...I was going to accuse you of stealing those from supercells on the net - amazing photographs...has the almost unmistakable swirl of a mesocyclone!!

Absolutely fantastic - get them in the photography album Snow Cat and your personal album - those pics are truly awesome! You'd be happy with those chasing supercells in the US!!

Also, don't lose sight of some more lively looking thunderstorms in the Channel, following a very similar path to the earlier (Super)cell which hit E Kent.

There is also a cell a bit further West, which may give those who've missed out in areas of Surrey/W Sussex/NW Kent who have missed out...fingers crossed!!

im not a happy bunny atm! :wallbash:

:wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :whistling:

it doesn't seem like we get storms here!:nonono:

Know the feeling loopy!! Keep an eye on the channel - some areas of interest for our region!

Wow

Just ran the Radar and this Storm did a "Right Split" literally under my nose well over Maidstone to be exact, the Right Split strenghened and Turned hard to the East and the Left Split went up through S Essex and Died Out - Pmsl

I am 99% Confident this was a Supercell.

First storm moved through so fast blink and you missed it radar reckons there maybe another attempt in a bit. Overall the storm was a bit like Mexico in the world cup. Flattered to deceive.

Great pics Snow cat. Whereabouts in the states are you ???? :whistling::nonono:

You're more of an expert than me Paul so that's good enough :nonono: My initial reaction was to accuse SnowCat of stealing photos of supercells! Boy there'll be some unhappy people around the UK that Kent has bagged a supercell today :whistling:

The rumbles of thunder here seem high up and rather muffled. Could be the fact there is low cloud here now. Haven't seen any lightning but the thunder is rumbling every minute or so, from the southwest.

What's the best way to do that?

Upload to youtube? Is it on your phone or computer?

Current snow depth 3cm? I'm sure it would have melted by now!

Is that in my signature? I have the setting on that hides all the signatures! I must change it lol! :winky:
