Take Care all in the southeast, the squall is showing no signs of dying down. Hitting parts of London right now. :help: :diablo:

ESTOFEX were spot on for the SE with the continuing trend. Remember that convection is also going to lower hpa layers, so the heavier it gets the more viscious the SLWs become, not including embedded hail to add to the mix.

Keep an eye on the radar, you might be OK further to the North but I can't tell what direction (or intensity) it will take as it exits Sussex. Really whipping it up here now

Latest gust 62.0 mph!

The special effects for the Tornado in the wizard of oz are impressive, more realistic than films from the 80s and 90s!

surprised there isnt a few reports of thunder today, maybe the front is too shallow.

Squall line been and gone here, was very entertaining with horizontal rain & the sound was deafening! Just gusty wet rain now, think the fun is over but localised flooding will be interesting!

Coast, don't look. It might make you poo yourself. :acute: That is the most vicious squall I have EVER seen on the radars and I reiterate what I said in my previous post.

OMG, i have perhaps just experienced the heaviest rain and strongest gusts of wind I have ever experienced in my life time. The adrenalin rush !! I really thought a tornado must have been on the way !! The poor little birds are all over the place and giving out alarm calls left right and centre.

I could quite happily live in a climate like this !! Why does it make me smile ???!!!
